- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
- 8 oz chocolate (for dipping)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos in a zip bag with a rolling pin or use a food processor.
- Mix crushed Oreos with cream cheese until smooth and sticky.
- Shape the mixture into balls, about the size of a cherry.
- Chill the balls in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate and dip each ball in it.
- Set dipped truffles on wax paper until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
You can add toppings like crushed candy canes or holiday sprinkles before the chocolate hardens. These truffles last about two weeks in the fridge.
