- 24 Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz chocolate (semisweet or white) for coating
- Festive sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Pulse the Oreo cookies in a food processor until they become fine crumbs.
- Mix the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and chill on a parchment-lined tray for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave.
- Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Add sprinkles to the chocolate coating while it’s still wet.
- Place the dipped balls back on parchment to set.
Notes
Chill the formed balls longer to avoid crumbling during dipping. Using room-temperature cream cheese helps with smoother mixing.
