- 1 lb ground turkey or beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup fresh or canned cranberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, simmer cranberries, sugar, and vinegar on the stovetop until they burst and thicken into a sauce.
- Combine the baked meatballs with the cranberry sauce in a pan to meld the flavors.
