Instructions

- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the brownies cool completely before frosting.
- For frosting, beat together powdered sugar, cocoa, butter, and milk until smooth.
- Spread frosting over cooled brownies and cut into squares.
