Description

Delightful chocolate-dipped strawberries shaped into fun turkey figures, perfect for Thanksgiving.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 medium strawberries
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (or chocolate wafers)
  • Candy corn or other edible decorations for details
  • Vegetable oil (optional, for troubleshooting)

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly, making sure they are at room temperature.
  2. In a double boiler or microwave, melt the chocolate on low heat, stirring until smooth.
  3. Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  4. Before the chocolate hardens, decorate your turkeys using candy corn for feathers and other edible decorations for the eyes.
  5. Place the finished turkeys on a festive platter and refrigerate until set.

Notes

Keep your chocolate turkeys in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Freeze individually for longer storage.
