Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend the brownie mix with cream cheese and peppermint extract until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until firm.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler until smooth.
- Dip each chilled brownie ball into the melted chocolate, then sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
