Description

A simple, no-bake treat that combines creamy peanut butter and chocolate for an elegant Valentine’s gift.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter or coconut oil
  • Chocolate (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate gently in a microwave or double boiler.
  2. Prepare the peanut butter filling by mixing together peanut butter, powdered sugar, and butter/coconut oil until firm.
  3. Pipe or spoon the filling into chocolate-lined heart molds.
  4. Seal the molds with more melted chocolate.
  5. Chill until firm, about 30–45 minutes.

Notes

Use silicone molds for quick and clean unmolding. A quick freeze for 10 minutes can speed up the setting process.
