Instructions

- Pour the hot cream over the chopped dark chocolate and let it sit for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
- Add the orange zest to the ganache and mix well.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Scoop out small portions of ganache and roll them into balls.
- Coat the truffles in cocoa powder or finely chopped nuts.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
