A blissfully simple, no-bake dessert made from layers of graham crackers, silky vanilla pudding, and glossy chocolate topping.

- 2 (3.4 oz) boxes of instant vanilla pudding
- 3 cups cold milk
- 8 oz (1 tub) thawed whipped topping
- 36 full sheets of graham crackers (about 3 sleeves)
- 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
Instructions
- Whisk the instant vanilla pudding with cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened.
- Fold in the thawed whipped topping until uniform.
- Spread half the mixture in a greased 9 × 13-inch pan.
- Layer a single layer of graham crackers over the filling.
- Add the remaining pudding mixture on top of the graham crackers.
- Top with another layer of graham crackers.
- For the chocolate glaze, heat chocolate chips, heavy cream, and unsalted butter until smooth.
- Cool the glaze slightly to about 110–120°F, then pour over the top.
- Chill for 4 hours or overnight until set.
Notes
For best results, chill overnight for cleaner slices. Use cold milk for instant pudding to avoid a runny filling.
