- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil

- 1 cup boiling water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan with cooking spray or butter.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add eggs one at a time while whisking until blended. Stir in oil and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually mix in boiling water until well combined (the batter will be thin).
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For added flair, serve the cake plain, dusted with powdered sugar, or topped with a chocolate glaze. Pair it with coffee or vanilla ice cream.
