Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch round cake pan.
  2. Beat the eggs and sugar on high until light and fluffy, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gently fold this mixture into the egg mixture.
  4. Fold in the vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and milk until the batter is smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve.
