Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch round cake pan.
- Beat the eggs and sugar on high until light and fluffy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gently fold this mixture into the egg mixture.
- Fold in the vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and milk until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve.
