Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté the mushrooms and garlic until soft.
- Deglaze the pan with Marsala wine, scraping up any browned bits.
- Let the wine reduce for a few minutes and stir in the heavy cream.
- Return the chicken to the pan and simmer until heated through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
