Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (Approximately 1 pound total)
- 1/2 cup Caesar Dressing
- 2 cups Romaine Lettuce (Chopped)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
- 4 large Tortillas (Flour or whole wheat)
- to taste Black Pepper (Freshly cracked)
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by combining it with olive oil, salt, and freshly cracked black pepper in a medium bowl. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Chop the romaine lettuce and set it aside. Grate the Parmesan cheese and prepare the Caesar dressing.
- Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat, then sear the marinated chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from heat, allow it to rest for a few minutes, then slice into thin strips.
- Assemble the wraps by spreading about 2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing over each tortilla. Layer with chopped romaine, sliced chicken, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly from the bottom upwards. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
- Repeat for the remaining tortillas. Optionally, toast the wraps in a skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately.
Notes
Let the chicken rest after grilling to retain its juiciness. Feel free to customize with extra toppings like tomatoes or cucumbers.
