Ingredients

- 1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
- 2 cups chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a baking dish, combine uncooked rice, chicken pieces, cream of chicken soup, and water.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix well.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.
- Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can substitute with leftover chicken to reduce baking time.
