Description

A creamy, dreamy dish combining tender chicken and al dente pasta in a velvety sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package directions until al dente.
  2. While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Season and sear the chicken pieces until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and chicken, tossing to coat thoroughly.
  6. Serve garnished with extra Parmesan and parsley.

Notes

For best results, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Reserve some pasta water to adjust the sauce consistency if needed.
