Instructions
- In a pot, combine the water and gochujang, stirring until smooth.
- Add the rice cakes and bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Cook for about 10-15 minutes until the rice cakes are tender.
- Stir in the mozzarella and cheddar cheese until melted and evenly distributed.
- Serve warm, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, let it simmer longer while stirring frequently. Use a combination of cheeses for best flavor.
