Ingredients

- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1/3 cup tomato sauce
- 12 small tortillas or wonton wrappers
- 3/4–1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Brown ground beef and diced onion in a skillet.
- Add taco seasoning and tomato sauce; remove from heat.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Press tortillas or wonton wrappers into a greased 12-cup muffin tin.
- Fill each cup with 2 tbsp–1/3 cup of the meat mixture.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
For crisp shells, prebake the wrappers for 3–4 minutes before filling. Use a nonstick muffin tin and grease well to avoid sticking.
