- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or chives for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness.
- In an oven-safe skillet, sear chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides.
- Season with ranch seasoning and spread cream cheese on top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chicken.
- Bake in the oven until the cheese is bubbly and the chicken is cooked through, about 20–25 minutes.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or steamed vegetables. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
