Ingredients

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  3. In an oven-safe skillet, sear chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Season with ranch seasoning and spread cream cheese on top.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chicken.
  6. Bake in the oven until the cheese is bubbly and the chicken is cooked through, about 20–25 minutes.
  7. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
