A delicious and filling casserole combining ground beef, pasta, and cheese for a comforting family dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain fat.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, mushroom soup, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet and mix well.
  4. Stir in the cooked pasta until well combined.
  5. Spread the mixture in a greased baking dish and top with cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until melty and bubbly.
  7. Let the casserole cool briefly before serving.
