Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or Parmesan cheese
- Optional: Marinara or ranch for dipping
Instructions
- Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Slice it lengthwise into 8 equal strips.
- On each strip, cut a 1-inch slit at both ends. Roll the two end tabs inward in opposite directions to create rounded ‘bone’ ends.
- Transfer the shaped strips to the prepared baking sheet. Brush them with melted butter and sprinkle garlic powder on top.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the breadsticks are puffed and lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven briefly, sprinkle each breadstick with cheese, and return to the oven for an additional 2–3 minutes, just until the cheese is melted.
- Enjoy warm with marinara, ranch, or your favorite spooky dip.
Notes
Experiment with different herbs or spices for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days or in the refrigerator for up to a week.
