- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a casserole dish.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned and the onions are softened. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream until well combined.
- Fold in the cooked pasta until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding mushrooms or bell peppers when cooking the beef. Adjust the cheese amount based on your preference. Can be made ahead of time and is kid-friendly.
