  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis into thick steaks, about 1 inch in thickness.
  3. Season the zucchini steaks with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  4. Place the zucchini on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Top each zucchini steak with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until tender and the cheese is melted.
  7. For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
