  • 1 package (16 oz) pizza dough
  • 1/2 lb cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Marinara sauce (for dipping, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cooked sausage, pepperoni slices, bell pepper, red onion, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a flat surface and spread the filling mixture evenly over it.
  4. Roll up the dough tightly to create a log shape, sealing the edges.
  5. Place the rolled-up bread on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  6. Slice the Garbage Bread into portions and serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping, if desired.
