- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 6 cups crushed Doritos
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Diced tomatoes, for garnish
- Sour cream, for serving
- Optional: Jalapeños for spice
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat; drain excess fat.
- Mix in the taco seasoning and prepare according to package instructions.
- In a baking dish, layer the cooked beef, crushed Doritos, and cheese.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used up.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and diced tomatoes, and serve with sour cream.
Notes
Use lean ground beef for less grease, and consider adding fresh herbs for extra flavor.
