- 2 ribeye steaks
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 8 oz rigatoni pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the ribeye steaks with Cajun seasoning on both sides.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of garlic butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the steaks to the skillet and cook to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium.
- During the last minute of cooking, top the steaks with shredded cheese.
- In a separate pot, cook rigatoni pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, melt the remaining garlic butter, and add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth.
- Toss in the rigatoni pasta and mix until well coated.
- Serve the Cajun garlic butter steak alongside creamy rigatoni, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Let the steaks rest before slicing to keep them juicy. Add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra nutrition.
