- 1 cup Italian sausage, removed from casings

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Cook rigatoni pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the ground beef and Italian sausage to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter and meat mixture.
- Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and well combined.
- Serve hot, topped with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Cook the pasta al dente for the best texture. Use a mix of cheeses for added flavor. Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or bell peppers.
