- 8 oz twisted pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into pieces
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown.
- In a pot, combine heavy cream and Parmesan cheese over low heat, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the Alfredo sauce and add the golden garlic butter chicken.
- Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan cheese for richer flavor and adjust garlic according to taste. You can add vegetables like spinach or broccoli for extra nutrition.
