Ingredients

- 1 package tortellini
- 1 pound steak (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup provolone cheese (shredded)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onion and bell pepper, cooking until soft.
- Add steak to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the cooked tortellini.
- Sprinkle provolone cheese over the top, cover, and cook until the cheese is melted. Serve hot.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute steak with grilled chicken or beans. Add other vegetables for more color.
