Description

Indulge in delightful cheesecake banana pudding bites that combine creamy cheesecake filling, fresh bananas, and crispy cookie layers.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup crushed Nilla wafers (or any preferred cookies)
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the room temperature cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add whipped topping and milk, mixing until well combined.
  3. In clear mini dessert cups, layer the crushed cookies at the bottom.
  4. Spoon a layer of cheesecake filling over the cookies.
  5. Add a layer of sliced bananas on top of the filling.
  6. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled.
