Delicious bites of Italian sausages simmered in Chardonnay, served with a zesty dipping sauce.

  • 1 pound Italian Sausages
  • 1 bottle Chardonnay Wine
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Prepared Yellow Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 clove Garlic (finely grated)
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • Toothpicks (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, pour in the Chardonnay wine and bring it to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
  2. Add the Italian sausages to the pot and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
  3. Once cooked, remove the sausages, let them cool slightly, and slice into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, yellow mustard, Sriracha, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  5. Serve the sausage bites on a platter with the dipping sauce on the side and sprinkle with fresh parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the sausage bites in Chardonnay for a few hours before cooking. You can also grill the sausages for a smoky taste.
