Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound Italian Sausages
- 1 bottle Chardonnay Wine
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Prepared Yellow Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 clove Garlic (finely grated)
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped)
- Toothpicks (for serving)
Instructions
- In a large pot, pour in the Chardonnay wine and bring it to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
- Add the Italian sausages to the pot and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Once cooked, remove the sausages, let them cool slightly, and slice into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, yellow mustard, Sriracha, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Serve the sausage bites on a platter with the dipping sauce on the side and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the sausage bites in Chardonnay for a few hours before cooking. You can also grill the sausages for a smoky taste.
