A deliciously easy Caramel Brownie Cheesecake that’s rich, creamy, and topped with warm caramel sauce.

- 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients as per package)
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup caramel sauce (plus more for topping)
- Chocolate chips or brownie crumbles for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the brownie mix as per package instructions and pour it into a baking pan. Bake until mostly done, then let it cool.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth and lump-free.
- Layer the cheesecake mixture over the cooled brownie base.
- Bake in the oven until the cheesecake is set.
- Once cooled, pour warm caramel sauce over the top and swirl it in. Top with brownie crumbles or chocolate chips if desired.
- Chill, slice, and serve.
Notes
This cheesecake is best served fresh, but leftovers can be stored in the fridge. For cleaner slices, use a warm knife to cut.
