Description

A deliciously easy Caramel Brownie Cheesecake that’s rich, creamy, and topped with warm caramel sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients as per package)
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce (plus more for topping)
  • Chocolate chips or brownie crumbles for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the brownie mix as per package instructions and pour it into a baking pan. Bake until mostly done, then let it cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth and lump-free.
  3. Layer the cheesecake mixture over the cooled brownie base.
  4. Bake in the oven until the cheesecake is set.
  5. Once cooled, pour warm caramel sauce over the top and swirl it in. Top with brownie crumbles or chocolate chips if desired.
  6. Chill, slice, and serve.

Notes

This cheesecake is best served fresh, but leftovers can be stored in the fridge. For cleaner slices, use a warm knife to cut.
