Instructions
- Wash and dry the apples thoroughly to ensure the candy adheres properly.
- In a high-sided pot, combine sugar, corn syrup, and water.
- Boil the mixture until it reaches 300°F (hard crack stage).
- Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
- Dip each apple into the syrup, spinning to coat evenly.
- Place dipped apples on parchment paper to cool without touching them.
