- 200g soba noodles

Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot.
- Add soba noodles and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.
- Toss soba noodles with sesame oil, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
- Top with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving warm.
Notes
For added protein, try incorporating grilled chicken, seared tofu, or tempura shrimp. Adjust garnish with seasonal vegetables.
