Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth.
- Stir in the old-fashioned oats until evenly incorporated.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips and M&Ms.
- Scoop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding a teaspoon of vanilla extract. For a chewier texture, avoid overbaking.
