- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add andouille sausage and cook until golden brown.
- Add chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper; sauté until soft.
- Stir in Cajun seasoning and let it cook for another minute.
- In a separate pot, cook pasta until al dente.
