Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is cooked through.
- Stir in the cabbage, diced tomatoes, cooked rice, garlic powder, and salt.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cabbage is tender.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Garnish with fresh herbs like parsley for added flavor. Can store in the fridge for up to three days or freeze for three months.
