Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sweet rice flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup regular milk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup ube extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine sweet rice flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Gradually stir in coconut milk, regular milk, melted butter, and ube extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
