- 14 oz udon noodles
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Marinate beef in soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and sesame oil for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Soak udon noodles in hot water for a few minutes and drain.
- In a hot skillet or wok, stir-fry the marinated beef until browned.
- Add bell pepper and broccoli and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Toss in the udon noodles and stir everything until heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
For best flavor, marinate the beef overnight. Use a wok for even cooking and avoid overcrowding the pan.
