A mouthwatering lasagna that combines the bold flavors of buffalo chicken with classic Italian comfort food.

Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and cream cheese until well combined.
  4. Spread a thin layer of buffalo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by half of the buffalo chicken mixture, 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese, and half of the ricotta cheese.
  6. Repeat the layers, finishing with remaining noodles, sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  9. Let cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

You can prepare this dish ahead of time and refrigerate it. Just bake it when ready to serve.
