- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
- In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and cream cheese until well combined.
- Spread a thin layer of buffalo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by half of the buffalo chicken mixture, 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese, and half of the ricotta cheese.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with remaining noodles, sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
You can prepare this dish ahead of time and refrigerate it. Just bake it when ready to serve.
