- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
- Blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with Buffalo sauce and diced vegetables.
- Take an egg roll wrapper and place about 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center.
- Wet the edges of the wrapper with water and roll tightly to seal.
- In a frying pan, heat oil to 350°F-375°F.
- Fry egg rolls in batches until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes each.
- Drain on paper towels and serve with dipping sauce.
Notes
For a healthier option, you can bake the egg rolls instead of frying them. Brush with oil and bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes.
