A crispy, flavorful twist on traditional Buffalo wings, these egg rolls are filled with tender chicken and spicy wing sauce.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 12 egg rolls 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (like celery and carrots)
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying
  • Blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with Buffalo sauce and diced vegetables.
  2. Take an egg roll wrapper and place about 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center.
  3. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water and roll tightly to seal.
  4. In a frying pan, heat oil to 350°F-375°F.
  5. Fry egg rolls in batches until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes each.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve with dipping sauce.

Notes

For a healthier option, you can bake the egg rolls instead of frying them. Brush with oil and bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes.
