A tasty and filling dish with shredded chicken, spicy buffalo sauce, and gooey cheeses, perfect for parties or family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 prepared pizza dough, thawed overnight in refrigerator
  • 225 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 225 grams shredded cheddar cheese
  • 120 milliliters buffalo wing sauce, divided
  • 60 milliliters ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F) for even baking.
  2. In a bowl, toss the cooked chicken with half of the buffalo wing sauce.
  3. Stir in the ranch dressing and the remaining buffalo wing sauce until the chicken is fully coated.
  4. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 30 by 40 centimeters.
  5. Spread the buffalo ranch chicken mixture evenly over the dough.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly on top.
  7. Starting from one long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log and pinch and seal both ends.
  8. Place the log seam-side down on a greased or non-stick baking tray.
  9. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  10. Let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing and serve hot.

Notes

For added flavor, serve with pizza sauce, ranch, or blue cheese dressing for dipping. Can store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
