- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 prepared pizza dough, thawed overnight in refrigerator
- 225 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
- 225 grams shredded cheddar cheese
- 120 milliliters buffalo wing sauce, divided
- 60 milliliters ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F) for even baking.
- In a bowl, toss the cooked chicken with half of the buffalo wing sauce.
- Stir in the ranch dressing and the remaining buffalo wing sauce until the chicken is fully coated.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 30 by 40 centimeters.
- Spread the buffalo ranch chicken mixture evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly on top.
- Starting from one long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log and pinch and seal both ends.
- Place the log seam-side down on a greased or non-stick baking tray.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- Let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing and serve hot.
Notes
For added flavor, serve with pizza sauce, ranch, or blue cheese dressing for dipping. Can store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
