Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb beef (sliced thin)
- 2 cups bok choy (washed and chopped)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 inch ginger (grated)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger; sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add the bok choy to the skillet and stir-fry until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, mixing well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
Slice the beef thinly against the grain for the best texture. Use fresh bok choy for a crispy crunch. Adjust sauces to taste, and add chili sauce for spice. For gluten-free, use tamari instead of soy sauce.
