- 3 teaspoons blueberry jam or blueberry pie filling
- 1/8 cup Brie cheese, cut into slices
- 2 slices classic white bread
- 3 teaspoons softened salted butter
Instructions
- Rub the softened butter over one side of each bread slice, making sure to cover the edges.
- On the plain side of one slice, stack the Brie and spread the blueberry jam on top.
- Place the other slice of bread on top, butter side out.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and carefully place the sandwich in the skillet.
- Cook each side for 2 to 3 minutes until you see a golden color and the Brie is gooey.
- Remove the sandwich from the skillet, slice it in half, and enjoy while it’s hot.
Notes
Best served warm. Pair with fresh fruit or salad. Can be reheated in a skillet if leftovers occur.
