Description

A quick and delicious BLT wrap featuring crispy bacon, fresh tomatoes, and crunchy lettuce, all drizzled with a tangy lemon mayo.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 2 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 cups romaine or green leaf lettuce, washed
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 10-inch flour tortillas
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for baking bacon or heat a skillet to medium.
  2. Cook bacon until crisp, about 15–20 minutes in the oven on a rack or 6–8 minutes per batch in a skillet.
  3. Slice tomatoes into 1/4-inch slices and wash the lettuce.
  4. Spread mayo mixed with lemon juice on the tortillas.
  5. Layer lettuce, tomatoes, and bacon on top, then roll tightly.
  6. Toast the wrapped tortillas in a hot skillet for 30–60 seconds per side if desired.

Notes

Make sure to pat dry the cooked bacon to reduce greasiness. This wrap is best enjoyed fresh to avoid sogginess.
