A fun and tasty twist on the classic Big Mac, these wraps are easy to make and perfect for a quick meal.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Dill pickle slices (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Special Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, chopped pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until smooth and creamy. Cover and refrigerate.
  2. Cook the Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until softened. Add ground beef, breaking it into crumbles, and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Assemble the Wraps: Slightly warm tortillas for easy folding. Spread special sauce on each tortilla. Top with cooked ground beef, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and pickle slices if using.
  4. Wrap and Serve: Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly to form a wrap. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes
