- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Dill pickle slices (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Special Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, chopped pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until smooth and creamy. Cover and refrigerate.
- Cook the Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until softened. Add ground beef, breaking it into crumbles, and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Assemble the Wraps: Slightly warm tortillas for easy folding. Spread special sauce on each tortilla. Top with cooked ground beef, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and pickle slices if using.
- Wrap and Serve: Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly to form a wrap. Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve with extra special sauce on the side and pair with fries or a salad. These wraps can be a fun finger food for gatherings.
