Ingredients

- 1 cup hot water
- 1 to 2 teaspoons yacon syrup
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- Optional: tiny pinch of sea salt and a small slice of ginger
Instructions
- Heat water until hot but not boiling.
- Stir in yacon syrup until fully dissolved.
- Add lemon juice, cinnamon, and ginger if using. Taste and adjust sweetness by a half teaspoon at a time.
- Sip slowly before breakfast to help curb that immediate sugar hunt.
Notes
This recipe can also be served cold by stirring the mixture into iced water.
