Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced

Instructions

  1. Boil shrimp in salted water until pink and firm, about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Drain shrimp and let cool.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the shrimp with chopped celery, diced bell peppers, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, and Old Bay seasoning.
  4. Season with salt to taste and stir gently to combine.
