Instructions
- Rinse the cumin seeds quickly to remove dust (optional).
- Bring water to a gentle boil in a small saucepan.
- Add the cumin seeds and simmer on low for 5 minutes.
- Turn off heat and let sit for another 2 minutes.
- Strain into a cup and taste. Add lemon, mint, or honey if desired.
