Description

A simple and effective drink made from cumin seeds that supports digestion and reduces bloating, ideal for morning routines.


Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon whole cumin seeds
  • 1 to 1.5 cups water
  • Optional: squeeze of lemon, a few mint leaves, or a tiny drizzle of honey for taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the cumin seeds quickly to remove dust (optional).
  2. Bring water to a gentle boil in a small saucepan.
  3. Add the cumin seeds and simmer on low for 5 minutes.
  4. Turn off heat and let sit for another 2 minutes.
  5. Strain into a cup and taste. Add lemon, mint, or honey if desired.

Notes

For a chilled version, let it cool and serve over ice. Enjoy warm in the morning or 20 minutes before meals.
