Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cherry tomatoes, red onion, carrots, raisins, and sunflower seeds.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayo, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
