Ingredients

- 1 cup (140 g) frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1 scoop (≈30 g) vanilla or unflavored protein powder
- 1/2 cup (120 g) plain Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
- 1 cup (240 ml) milk or plant milk (almond, oat, or soy)
- 1 tbsp (15 g) chia seeds or ground flaxseed (optional)
- 1 tsp (5 ml) honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 4–6 ice cubes
- Pinch of fine sea salt
Instructions
- Pour the milk into the blender, then add yogurt and protein powder.
- Add the banana and chia seeds.
- Place the frozen berries and ice on top.
- Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness, adding more milk or sweetener if needed.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
For best texture, use a high-speed blender. Blend longer if using lower-powered blenders. Can be stored in the refrigerator for 24–48 hours or frozen as cubes.
